Scope
This document specifies the classification and coding, normal operating environmental conditions, appearance and degree of protection, functions and performance, electromagnetic compatibility, auxiliary systems, simulation models and parameters, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of the electrochemical energy storage grid-forming PCS, and describes the corresponding test methods. This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, testing, operation, maintenance and overhaul of electrochemical energy storage grid-forming PCSs that use electrochemical batteries as the energy storage medium and have an AC port voltage of 35 kV and below.
