Scope
This document specifies the technical requirements, inspection rules, packaging, transportation and storage, and quality certificate of nuclear fuel rods of miniature neutron source reactors (hereinafter referred to as "MNSR fuel rods"), and describes the corresponding test methods. This document is applicable to the manufacture and acceptance of MNSR fuel rods consisting of low-enriched uranium dioxide pellets in zirconium alloy cladding.
