Scope

This document describes the methods for measuring the current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of perovskite photovoltaic cells (hereinafter referred to as "photovoltaic cells") and perovskite photovoltaic modules (hereinafter referred to as "photovoltaic modules"). This document is applicable to the measurement of the current-voltage (I-V) characteristics of terrestrial single-junction photovoltaic cells and modules whose light-absorbing layer is a material with a perovskite crystal structure. This document does not cover the measurement of the I-V characteristics of multi-junction photovoltaic cells and modules containing a perovskite light-absorbing layer, but such photovoltaic cells and modules may refer to it.
