Scope

This document specifies the general requirements, system application architecture, basic equipment layer, data platform layer, intelligent application layer, technical requirements for source-grid-load-storage coordination, and safety and operation and maintenance management of the energy management and control system of intelligent factories in the iron and steel industry. This document is applicable to new construction, reconstruction, extension and intelligent upgrading of energy management and control systems of intelligent factories in the iron and steel industry, covering all processes such as sintering, coking, blast furnace, converter, electric furnace, continuous casting, rolling and auxiliary utilities, for the integrated management and control of electricity, gas, oxygen/nitrogen/argon, steam, water, compressed air, new energy, energy storage and carbon emissions.
