Scope

This document establishes the general principles for establishing and instantiating master models of standard content modules, and specifies the general technical requirements for establishing master models and for instantiating standard content modules on the basis of master models. This document is applicable to individuals, organizations, institutions, etc. establishing module master models on the basis of similar standard content and instantiating modules from master models. NOTE Where no confusion arises, "standard content module" is referred to as "module" in this document.
