Scope

This Standard establishes a technical framework of data security requirements for government information sharing and specifies the data security technical requirements for the preparation, exchange, and use of shared data during government information sharing, as well as the security technical requirements for the related infrastructure. This Standard is applicable to guiding the establishment of data security systems for government information sharing and exchange platforms at all levels and to regulating the security assurance work performed when government departments at all levels use such platforms to exchange data that does not involve state secrets.
