Scope
This document proposes a reference application framework for electronic medical records, and specifies general requirements for electronic medical record fixed-layout documents together with requirements for basic format, medical application, security and software. This document is applicable to guiding medical information systems in generating, storing and processing electronic medical record fixed-layout documents. It is also applicable to the archiving and shared use of electronic medical records.
