Scope
This standard specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of beauvericin (BEA) and enniatin A (EN A), enniatin A_{1} (EN A_{1}), enniatin B (EN B) and enniatin B_{1} (EN B_{1}) in foods. This standard is applicable to the determination of BEA, EN A, EN A_{1}, EN B and EN B_{1} in cereals and cereal products, bakery foods and foods for special dietary uses.
