Scope

This document establishes the service principles of community psychological services and specifies the service content, service process, service assurance, service management, and service evaluation and improvement. This document is applicable to the provision and management of community psychological services. It is not applicable to the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders or rehabilitation constituting medical practice, to clinical psychological services of mental health medical institutions, or to market-based psychological services not carried out through the community public service system.
