Scope

This document describes the principle, reagents and materials, apparatus, sampling, test procedure, data processing, precision and test report for the determination of the content of benzene and its analogues in upstream natural gas by gas chromatography. This document is applicable to the determination of the contents of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, o-xylene, m-xylene and p-xylene in upstream natural gas, with a measuring range of 0.09 μmol/mol to 500 μmol/mol for each component. Pipeline natural gas, commercial natural gas and other similar gases may refer to it.
