Scope
This standard specifies the limits and measurement methods for exhaust smoke from ships in service. This standard is applicable to ships engaged in navigation, berthing, operations and other activities in waters under the jurisdiction of the Government of the People's Republic of China. This standard is not applicable to ships engaged in fishing of less than 400 gross tonnage.
