Scope
This standard specifies methods for the determination of aflatoxin M1 and aflatoxin M2 (hereinafter referred to as AFT M1 and AFT M2) in foods. Method I (liquid chromatography) and Method II (liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry) of this standard are applicable to the determination of AFT M1 and AFT M2 in milk and dairy products and in foods for special dietary uses. Method III (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) of this standard is applicable to the screening determination of AFT M1 in milk and dairy products and in foods for special dietary uses.
